How much will it cost?

1. You may be eligible for free mediation. We can assess whether you are eligible at a free assessment meeting.

2. If you are not eligible then the costs are as follows:

  • Hourly rate: £95 per hour per person (mediation sessions only - we do not charge for any admin work except final documents).
  • The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Open Financial Statements (OFS) provide an overview of your proposals and financial situation. A charge of £125 per person is applied when we begin work on this.  No other administration charges apply.

FIXED COST PACKAGES

Child Issues Only

  • £240 per person (for up to 3 hours of mediation).
  • Payable at beginning of mediation and mediation hours must be used within 6 months. 
  • All documents are included in the price.

All Other Issues

  • £575 per person (for up to 7 hours of mediation).
  • Payable at beginning of mediation and mediation hours must be used within 6 months.
  • All MOU and OFS documents are included in the price.
