How?

We offer a Family Mediation Service.

1. You will be offered a free Assessment Meeting

• This will decide if mediation is right for you, explain what happens in mediation, estimate how long your situation might take to resolve and what it will cost.
• Your ex-partner or person with whom you have a dispute will also be offered a free Assessment meeting and will be given the same information.
• You can have these meetings separately or together.

2. Once mediation is confirmed as suitable an appointment will be made.

• Even very complex situations don't normally need more than 4  sessions over a couple of months. If you are not eligible for free mediation there are several ways to pay and these will be explained to you (please see page on costs for more details).
